The Committee on Finance moved to amend the bill the title of the bill to read as follows:

S. B. 440 – “A BILL to amend and reenact §31-20-10 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to mandating that investment of certain Regional Jail and Correctional Facility Authority special funds be with the West Virginia Board of Treasury Investments; and eliminating obsolete language.”
